She’s a full employee lifecycle HR generalist with a deep specialty in developing and implementing recruitment programs and processes, onboarding, strategizing, and executing tailored learning plans (including DEI programming), utilizing data to identify retention and engagement opportunities, and supporting company and employee transitions (career growth, scaling, reorgs, M&A, offboarding, etc.)  As a DISC-certified trainer, Anna facilitates the curation and delivery of L&D programs including highly engaging employee and leadership workshops.
