Kirsten Spoljraic, Partner

With over twenty years of HR experience – more than fifteen in start-ups and technology companies - leading and managing the People side. Kirsten was a founder of Mashery (acquired by Intel) and has led the HR/People function for other companies such as Zipwhip (acquired by Twilio), Colt HR, Spear Technologies, Tyzx (acquired by Intel). She’s consulted with many other software and hardware clients on organizational design, development, compensation, and HR scaling of companies. She also has extensive Merger & Acquisition (M&A) experience and expertise having led the HR function for companies through sales to Intel, Twilio, Microsoft, WeWork. She has also worked across companies in M&A on both the buyer and acquirer side. Additionally, she brings a depth of expertise in the areas of benefits, recruiting, employee relations, compensation, coaching, training, and employee development.  

Kirsten is a certified Human Resources professional through the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI), the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).  The HRCI is the leading, internationally recognized certifying body for the HR professional. After demonstrating expertise in the core principles of HR practice and then application of such principles she obtained her PHR (Professional in Human Resources) designation in 2001.
